It is a manual rotor siren which is omnidirectional. But since early 2020s or what, the cone got loose and started to spin severely which almost fell. But the cone still is attached but loose.

Manufactured by H.O.R company since World War II. It’s an old siren located in one of the states in the United States and rarely tests and most of them were replaced.
A Siro Drone that is similar to the Scream Master/Screamer. Not the rotating cone head.
